A TYPICAL EVALUATION CAN ENTAIL:

Audience + Business Audit - We rapidly gather information and metrics relating to people using an interface and also to the operational and brand goals of that interface.

Contextual Interviews - Time and appropriateness permitting, we will talk directly with users about their motivations and experiences with the interface. This adds color and depth to the results of the Audit, as well as validation.

Interface/Application Diagnostic - Our partners review the structure and functionality of the interface, noting especially how the navigation and the different elements and applications correspond.

Interface/Application Report - We deliver an exhaustive report, illustrated with screen shots and diagrams, that details the strengths and weaknesses of the interface. Most importantly, our report also provides specific, tactical design recommendations that allow our clients to make modifications that will have an immediate usability improvement.
